Incorporated in August 2003, Xiamen Jiang Ping Biological Matrix Technology Limited by Share Ltd. is currently a listed company of National Equities Exchange and Quotations of China (abbreviation of securities: Jiangping Biological, security code: 834162), vice presidential unit of Chinese Strategic Alliance of Industrial Innovation and Development of Circular Agriculture, vice director member unit of the Peat Sub-association of Chinese Humic Acid Industrial Association, a leading enterprise in Fujian Province in terms of forestry industrialization, a high-tech enterprise in Xiamen, a pilot enterprise for intellectual property right in Xiamen, a vice presidential unit of Xiamen Flower Association, a vice presidential unit of Xiamen Enterprises and Entrepreneurs Union, etc.

Jiang Ping Biological is committed to the research, development, production, sale and services of biological matrix and environmental restoration materials. So far, it has developed over 50 categories of products from 8 product lines in five areas of business, namely biological matrix manufacturing, agricultural, forestry and gardening waste treatment, facility-gardening integrated solutions, soil restoration integrated solutions and ecological environment restoration integrated solutions. These products are widely used in forestry, floriculture, agriculture, ecological environment restoration, poultry and livestock farming water pollution treatment, gardening and landscaping, sponge city building, home gardening, etc.

Since its incorporation in 2003, Jiang Ping Biological developed environment restoration materials successfully in 2008, established its compressed matrix factory in 2009, and in 2011, it passed the high-tech enterprise review and set up the Biological Matrix Joint Technological Innovation Center together with Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Besides, it had close cooperation with many scientific research academies and universities at home and abroad, such as Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Nanjing Agricultural University, Xiamen University of Technology, Huaqiao University and HAS University of Applied Sciences, and it has made outstanding scientific research achievements in relevant areas. Jiang Ping Biological made investment to build a R&D base in Tong'an in 2012, and established Jiang Ping Biological Matrix Institute in 2013. In 2014, it set up its branch in the Netherlands; in addition, its factory in Fuqing completed the building of and put into operation the fully-automatic matrix production lines and facilities with an annual output of 50,000 cubic meters. It also passed the high-tech enterprise review in this year. The Company was successfully listed in National Equities Exchange and Quotations of China in 2015. Its factory in Zhangzhou completed the building of and put into operation the fully-automatic production lines with an annual output of 80,000 cubic meters. It established its subsidiary in Tibet in 2017.

The Company plans to establish its subsidiaries in Nanjing, Guangdong, Shandong, Yunnan, Hainan, Xinjiang and Sichuan according to its strategic planning.
